Have you traded yet?
I was wondering what some of the fantasy trades have been thus far this year. List your league type and scoring format as well. Plus throw in why you made the trade- out of desperation or just a trade out of the blue?
I am in three leagues- AL only h2h 10 teams, NL only h2h 10 teams and a NL only 4x4 roto from here on faketeams. No AL only league trade as of yet. In my NL only roto league I traded Carlos Zambrano for Adam Dunn. I felt that was a fair trade as I was very pitcher heavy and outfield weak. Plus hopefully Dunn becomes corner infield eligible sooner than later.
In my NL only 10 team h2h league I was offered Jose Reyes straight up for Matt Cain. That took me by surprise as I had offered the guy David Wright for Reyes a week earlier which he turned down. I accepted the trade Reyes 4 Cain offer pretty quick.

Nice
I was getting ready to post something exactly like this! As for “major” trades, I have done one:
In an AL 4×4 keeper, I dealt minor leaguers Dana Eveland, Matt LaPorta and J.P. Arencibia for Jonathan Papelbon
Papelbon is an elite closer who is now paired with Joe Nathan. The move was one where I felt Papelbon was too good to pass-up at the price.

None so far...
In fact, there has actually only been one trade total in any of my leagues…
M. Young and Zambrano for Magglio and K-Rod. Seemed perfectly fair to me.
Sadly, it seems like a lot of the buy-low candidates are already on my teams.

Still trying
I offered a guy today Inge and Cabeara for Rollins.
His pitcher is on the DL and he’d need a replacement shortstop.
We’ll see if he takes it.

Adrian Gonzalez and BJ Ryan
For Votto and Morrow. About a week into the season, Morrow struggling and Ryan not DL’d yet.
16 teams, Holds and OPS added to the normal 5×5.
Basically I wanted Morrow’s SP eligibility and figured Votto and Gonzo would be a wash, with Votto’s RBI and Runs, and OPS offsetting any loss in HR’s
