My pitching has been sub-par

We play in a strange scoring system. W's for a pitcher are 10 points, where strikeouts are 2 each. My starters are 7-10.

I'm still in first because my hitting has been abover average.

I've been trying to package swisher with someone but can't get any hits. Should I try for any trades, or just wait out my pitchers starting to get Wins? I'm new to fantasy baseball.

Wait it out

Trying to deal Swisher is a good idea, but I have no idea what you can get. I know I wouldn’t deal too much in you league format.

Pair him with Adam Jones might work, but it would have to be to a team with a bad outfield or a big surplus at another position.

Inge might work, too, as his catcher-ness might be more attractive.

I was wrong a win is worth 10 K’s. I am in first after yesterday with a total of 996 points.

My only thought was to pair him with Peavy and go for a different top 10 fantasy pitcher that gets some more run support.
