Compeare these 2 players- Stewart VS Headley

In my eyes very similar players Stewart I feel has more hype, but Headley has as much power potential if not more. Curious to see what people are thinking about career numbers and who you would take if your home town team or fantasy team from 2009 to retirement?

Hasn’t Stewart shown more power in the minors? He had a 30 homer season a few years back, and I don’t remember Headley with much more than 20 ever. The ‘07-’08 MLB numbers aren’t the only indicators here.

And there’s always the relative park factors to consider.

Headley

Here is a case where each player’s home ballpark will be the key difference. In neutral setting, i’m taking Headley. For PT, I’m still taking Headley because I don’t think Stewart hs anywhere to play right now.

If noth had a full-time job, I suspect Coors would inflate Stewart and Petco would deflate Headley to the point of parity.

Stewart's problem is where will Hurdle play him.

I personally think they should put him at 2nd and get him 500 ABs. Will that happen? Who knows with Hurdle filling out the lineup card? He will probably get a mix of 3rd, LF, some 2nd and on rare occassions RF.

If he has steady ABs, he can rake.
