Kouzmanoff/Ray or Gordon?

I am in a Fantasy Dynasty Keeper league where most offensive stats and most pitching stats matter.  I have been offered Alex Gordon for Kevin Kouzmanoff and Chris Ray.  Is this a good deal?  Right now I have too many players on my roster, so I'm going to need to drop a few players anyway.  This will make it so that I need to drop 1 less, and (I think) give me an upgrade at 3B.  Is Ray going to be Baltimore's Closer again this year?  I think the answer to that question can tip the scales here either way.

So...Kouzmanoff and Ray -OR- Alex Gordon?  Please explain reasons why.

I posted this same question on another site, and it was overwhelmingly in favor of one of the choices (46 votes to 6 at the time of this writing). I really don’t see a HUGE difference between Gordon and Kouz. I know this is hard to read, so the websites are located below the numbers), but here are 2008 and projected 2009 stats for Gordon:

Me thinking

The crux is who is likely to be playing in the same situation. Not this year but the next.

Gordon is younger with speed. Kouzmanoff doesn’t take walks and has had the rep of being a poor defender.

Ray is the wild card. He has not pitched competively since TJS so we don’t know how effective he will be. Entering this Spring, he is being given the chance to get the closer role.

I’d take Gordon because he is the best player of the three, and I am most confident he will still be in the same spot two years hence.
