The only Top 20 prospect available in our minor league draft is Strasburg

and you have the first pick. Drabek would have been available had he not been traded.
I think we run into that in most years though, where the top 20 or so prospects have already been drafted in the UBA league. I like some of the Nats and Rockies prospects.

As it should be. Usually, it requires more than a partial year track record to make the Top 20 list. Everyone has BA’s Top 100 at the draft.

So the real skill is to identify the one’s at the bottom or off the radar that make next year’s (orthe following year’s) list.
