The Cardinals surprised just about everyone on Thursday when they announced that third baseman Troy Glaus has undergone right shoulder surgery that will sideline him for 12 weeks.
Do we hear that Pujols is having complications with his elbow next??

ADP
Glaus has an ADP around 200 (~17th round). I’d expect that to drop but the 3B being taken after him are not very exciting – Mark Reynolds, Blake DeWitt, Mike Lowell. Surprising, White Sox prospect Dayan Viciedo is being taken around the 370th pick.
I doubt Viciedo provide very much mixed league value in 2008, but AL-Only keeper leagues could find quite a sleeper on their bench for 2009. With OF Josh Fields playing 3B, who knows how quickly Dayan will move?
Reynolds
if you don’t look at avg, Reynolds provides nice combo of power and steals. I ’d like to see a repeat of 2008 in 2009.
