Jones

I found Jim Callis’ answer surprising given Jacoby Ellsbury’s efforts this season versus Adam Jones. However, a closer looks at Ellsbury’s last three months shows 44 ks versus 7 BBs. Maybe that is why. There is fear Ellsbury won’t be able to adapt.

Jones has been almost as disappointing with just 7 HRs and 19 BBs versus 92 Ks in 398 ABs. There isn’t a ton in his splits to scream, "Stud!’.

I know Ellsbury will be drafted before Jones in next year’s fantasy baseball drafts. Maybe that is why I was so surprised.
