BABIP Stragglers

For Leaders & Laggards posts, I need to set some sort of filter. For the following list, I have focused just on the starting pitchers who have made one, two, or three starts. These are the types of pitchers a lot of fantasy players have questions about.

Is Homer Bailiey for real? A BABIP of .136 says to procede cautiously.

How about Joba Chamberlain? His .286 BABIP says he isn't getting lucky or unlucky.

Pedro Martinez? A .358 BABIP leads one to conclude he has been unlucky and could have brighter starts ahead of him.

BABIP Pitchers with 1 to 3 starts. Sell High?:

Track record

They don’t but people make daily decisions all season long. This info could help.
