BABIP Stragglers
For Leaders & Laggards posts, I need to set some sort of filter. For the following list, I have focused just on the starting pitchers who have made one, two, or three starts. These are the types of pitchers a lot of fantasy players have questions about.
Is Homer Bailiey for real? A BABIP of .136 says to procede cautiously.
How about Joba Chamberlain? His .286 BABIP says he isn't getting lucky or unlucky.
Pedro Martinez? A .358 BABIP leads one to conclude he has been unlucky and could have brighter starts ahead of him.
BABIP Pitchers with 1 to 3 starts. Sell High?:
