We have spent months exploring our various options regarding the financing of the construction of the new stadium. Given construction costs and NFL and lender requirements for paying down our debt, and after much thought and analysis, we decided this PSL [Personal Seat License] program is necessary.

Outrageous
A minimum PSL of $1000 is robbery. With gas over $4.00 per gallon and parking more than $20 per game, it costs another $40+ just to get to the stadium. The lowest ticket prices at Giants stadium at $80.
I enjoy football, but I’d really like to see one of these teams fold thanks to pricing the events out of range for most people.

Oh, I forgot.
And $7 to go over the George Washington bridge.

Not in New York
The new stadium seats 82000, there are 8.47 million people living in New York. That means they only need 1% of the population to pay that—not including all the fans from the burbs. They’ll easily get that.
Believe me, I’m with you on the outrage, but I don’t think they’ve actually priced themselves out of the market yet.
