The Blazers' Changing Paradigm Bar-right-arrows

things get kinda quiet after the switch?

Looks like the activity on the posts went way down after the switch to the new look. Personally I like it. I wish a person could edit their posts as opposed to having to make additional posts when they realize something previous was posted in error- happens to me quite often, it seems. Well last year Ryan Braun was called up about this time. I wonder who will make a big splash this time around. Jay Bruce? Chase Headly? Any pitchers looking to be called up soon? I jumped on Nick Adenhart but he has a little ways to go before making the bigs his everyday home. I wonder how many of the freshly called up pitchers will be shut down at 170 innings or so? Would that include Kershaw? I thought I saw the other day he was pitching a few innings here and there (like 4 or so)to keep the innings down but maybe that was someone else. I am assuming it is to keep a pitch count low in case they are needed later in the season. What are everyone else's thoughts?

The comments have definitely taken a turn downward. I suspect it is the fact that you have to resign up, but do not know for sure. Overall traffic hasn’t changed too much, though, so I am holding to the resigning up as the culprit.

I really like the new format. Posting is much easier. Adding polls to posts, player stats, team line-ups, these are all new features that are much easier in the new format.

What I like are the FanShots. Adding the “Share on SBNation” bookmarklet as a favorite, means I can just click it and it will add the link to the FanShot area. I must just asusme others see it so simply given it is very similar to Blogger.

Also, once you’ve signed-up, joining other SBNation sites is just a click away. It used to be you had to reregistered all togher each and every tiem you wanted to join a new site.

editing posts

Not sure if you’re referring to FanPosts or comments, but you can edit your FanPost. There are two ways:

1) Between your post and the list of comments you’ll see a group of links, one of which is an ‘edit’ link.

2) In your menu, click on Manage FanPosts. That will show you a list of all the FanPosts you’ve created and there is a little pencil icon you can click to edit your FanPost.
