This league would be set up just like last year.

1st Place- Febtober Magic (fearlessgreenlantern)
2nd Place- Evil Empire (matt p)
3rd Place- Bow Before the Champ (grtwht88)

The managers from last year have first shot at the spots, but they'll need to post to get an invite, that way I'll know who's interested.
