I need a Running Back This Week - Who Should I Pick Up

Ok so I think the title says it all. I had a pretty decent backfield with Clinton Portis, Brandon Jacobs and Jonathan Stewart but now Portis and Stewart look like they'll miss this week. That leaves me trying to find a running back for a spot start and as you might guess the pickings are pretty slim. Here are the names I'm considering, who should I go with?

Cedric Benson - His last game was pretty good so I was leaning towards him until I saw he was playing Philly. Is that as bad a matchup as I think?

Derrick Ward - He might be best option but the Giants are playing Baltimore.

Justin Fargas - Is McFadden back yet and is any Raider player really a fantasy option?

Dominic Rhodes - Isn't Addai back starting and getting most of the carries?

Wildcard: Cadillac Williams - Will he play enough to be a factor or will they ease him back into action?

Wow

Fargas is the best bet. he should get 20 touches and amongst the four choices, touches is the key matter.

Cadillac was actived from the PUP otherwise he would have had to be moved to injured reserve and lost for the season. I don’t expect him to do too much.

I got lucky

I couldn’t make a decision so I just decided to ride or die with Portis. He got six points so I guess Benson or Ward would have been slightly better options. Luckily a better than expected game from Dwayne Bowe bailed me out though.

I really like Rhodes this week

Jeff Saturday (Excellent center) will be back in the lineup. Addai is doubtful. They are playing Detroit. And Rhodes catches well out of the backfield. I had Hillis and Gore on the same team, ended up plug ’n playing Pierre Thomas and Dominic Rhodes in their places. And my other back is Chris Johnson. Left LenDale on the bench. I feel optmistic.
