I have Delmon Young and I have been offered
Delmon (6 years after 150 AB's) and
A. Kennedy 3,000,000 (2006)
For
Curtis Granderson(2011)
and
Chris Capuano (2008)
Do you think I can get more for Young or is the package of Cap and Granderson going to be worth more than Delmon?

Capuano has maintianed his performance and granderson looks like a legitimate major league OF.
The same cannot be said with certainty about Delmon Young - hype aside.
Adam Kennedy is nice but he is an AVG-hitter with some speed. Anything i.e. age/injury, that dimishes those skills makes him a bakc-up infielder.
You will get more production from Granderson/Capuano over the next few seasons than Young/Kennedy.
Whether you can get more for Delmon is harder to answer as I do not know how much other teams in your league value prospects over established major leaguers.
