Holliday trade

I could use some thoughts/input on a trade idea.  NL only, keeper/auction league with contracts.  Other team has Holliday but also good outfield depth and possibly some open keeper slots.  His needs include pitching, CI, and possibly MI.  I'm weak in the OF, but have good pitching, and excess CI/MI depth.

Holliday ($9, 2 years left)
 for
Zach Duke ($7, 3 years left)
Mike Jacobs ($2, 4 years left)
Ronny Cedeno ($1, 4 years left)

Is this a bad trade?  Is either side giving up too much?  What would be fair value for Holliday? I'd keep Holliday of course, but was planning on keeping Duke and Jacobs, maybe Cedeno also.

Thanks in advance for analysis and input!

Careful
I'd be surprised if your league mate could say no to that offer.

I expect Jacobs to do well.  Maybe not as well as a Coors-inflated Holliday though.

Duke should be an OK SP.

Cedeno could be a major sleeper but Dusty has a Neifi Addiction he must feed so Cedeno may see himslef with only 300 ABs this year.  Even fewer if he struggles in the first quarter of the season.

I would deal Holliday for that trio of upside potential.

Wow
I like Holliday as much as the next guy, but it seems like you're giving up an awful lot in that deal. Heck, Jacobs alone should finish with close to the same power numbers, and he's a $2 bargain compared to the $9 required to keep Holliday.

thanks
Thanks for the feedback!  I guess I have a mancrush for Holliday and the Coors factor.  That and maybe a bit panicy about my OF.

watch spring training
Shealy is supposed to be playing the outfield some.  If he is try making a trade for him.

Nope
I would not make that deal.
Holliday is not worth a trio of talented youngsters.
