I am wondering what the pulse of the NLCS is . .and the World Series. I am simply routing against the Mets solely on the Omar Minaya factor of throwing money around because he has it now. Now can EH please make less than 300 character requirement for poll at least. I have no more to say. . . yad yada yada

Classic Hinz-lish

Hinz-lish is defined as a poor attempt at mastering the English language -or- even more specific, mastering the art Hinz-lish!! Classic example of this are the poll questions:

Question #1: NO, I hate all things baseball New York . .

Shouldn't that just read "No, I hate all things New York" - throwing the word 'baseball' in the middle poses a test to the pollee "well, do I hate everything baseball or better still, what the fuck is 'baseball New York'???

How about Question #6: Yes, becasue I am Latino and Omar in my hero.

'Becasue' is classic Hinz-lish - it looks like the word 'because' and is inserted in proper context as the English word 'because'. With the Latino suggestion maybe 'Becasue' could be a derivative of "mi casa, su casa" where 'becasue' could mean 'In my house' in Hinz-lish. Translated to English it flows - "In my house I am Latino ... " Just not sure!

Completing the phrase "... Omar in my hero." is very hairlippy! But so is Hinz-lish!

I'll watch out for some more Hinz-lish and post to help the Faketeams.com community translate!

Well . .

First of all, I did not want to say "All things New York" because that would include the entire state and most dont hate a State. So i wanted to be as specific as possible.

Second: Most poll answers have to be choppy and not in correct sentence format because there is limited amount of characters/space to write a perfect sentence. Most answers need tpo just get your point across, I believe I did that.

Third: I am not one to edit my comments simply because I dont have time with a crawling baby, so I type as fast as I can and let it fly.

Fourth: who died and made you Ms. Masick. (HS english Teacher who was a bitch and a stickler.)
